Off Highway Equipment is seeking an experienced MBD Engineer to lead multibody dynamics modeling using MSC Adams and ANSYS. You will develop rigid and flexible models and perform vehicle dynamics simulations across braking, cornering, ride and handling, stability, and load transfer.
Responsibilities include stability studies, hydraulic mechanism simulations, co-simulation with Simulink, and automation with Python to streamline model generation and reporting.

Performvehicle dynamics simulationsincluding braking, cornering, ride & handling, steering, stability, obstacle crossing, ramp climbing,maneuverability, load transfer, and tipping assessments.
Conductflexible body simulations.
Executestatic and dynamic stability studies, tilt-table simulations, load chart verification, COG analysis, and counterweight optimization.
Performhydraulic and mechanism simulationsand motion path verification.
Generateduty-cycle based loads, load spectra, fatigue load histories, and FEA load envelopes for durability assessments.
Supportdesign optimization, parametric studies, DOE, virtual testing, correlation, validation, and root-cause investigations.
Develop automation tools usingPython, Adams Macros, and ACLfor model generation, batch runs, post-processing, reporting, and optimization.
Work onAdams–ANSYSandAdams–Simulinkco-simulation for system-level validation.
