Job summary

NES Fircroft, based in Bengaluru, is looking for a Compliance Auditor to ensure supplier compliance with onboarding processes. The role involves conducting audits, identifying non-compliance issues, and working closely with various teams to ensure legal and operational standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have a degree, and 0-1 year of experience in compliance, audit or legal roles, along with strong analytical and communication skills. The position offers a hybrid work environment and generous benefits including medical insurance and 18 days paid leave.

Ever wanted to be the guardian of compliance and the enforcer of ethical standards? Step into the role of a Compliance Auditor and ensure our supply chain and contractor onboarding processes meet the highest operational benchmarks!

To conduct thorough audits of supplier activities, ensuring compliance with onboarding, statutory, payroll, and contractual requirements. You’ll be the key link between legal, supply chain, and project teams to maintain a compliant and efficient contractor ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Audit Execution: Conduct external audits of suppliers against defined compliance criteria, focusing on onboarding and legal requirements.
• Corrective Action: Identify non-compliant placements, recommend and implement corrective actions in collaboration with Legal, PMO, and Supply Chain teams.
• Follow-Up Audits: Track completion of corrective actions and perform follow-up audits to ensure resolution.
• Process Improvement: Collate insights and suggest improvements to prevent future non-compliance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with global teams and external suppliers.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate compliance databases including Smartsheet, onboarding checklists, and document trackers.
• Documentation & Reporting: Document findings and produce reports for internal stakeholders.
• Additional Duties: Support other compliance‑related tasks as delegated to ensure smooth operations under MSP and 2nd Tier Supplier Programs.
