MS Dynamics CRM Technical Architect / Project Lead

We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Technical Architect and Project Lead to drive the technical design, architecture, and delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions. The role involves leading a team, ensuring quality, and guiding clients through complex implementations.

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Understand functional design and provide a technical architecture that meets functional requirements.
• Read software requirements and produce technical specifications.
• Ensure complete unit testing for every component or task.
• Develop required functionality and features by coding on the .NET platform and internal framework.
• Review code and ensure it conforms to standards.
• Improve quality of existing codebase.
• Ensure project completion according to written specifications with strong communication and teamwork.
• Follow best practices while coding for .NET and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Ensure code is scalable for high‑performance scenarios.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in MS CRM or Dynamics 365.
• Experience leading one or more projects and teams, responsible for delivery.
• Managing client communication and delegating tasks to appropriate personnel.
• Educational qualification: BE/MCA or equivalent degree in computer science.
• At least 2 years’ experience developing solutions on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Lead team and project with strong understanding of the CRM platform (scripting, plugins, workflows, dialogs, client extensions, SDK).
• Good understanding of D365, Power Apps, PCF controls, and CRM functional modules.
• Knowledge of Field Service and Project Service.
• Strong knowledge of Azure tools (Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, CI/CD Pipeline).
• Good understanding of SSRS and CRM Reports.
• Proven ASP.NET programming using C# (MVC, Web API), database concepts, OO analysis and design under SDLC.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies and client‑side scripting using JavaScript.

Additional Information

• Experience in web‑based technologies and client‑side scripting using JavaScript.
• Development/installation experience on IFD environment.
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS/KnockoutJS.
• Knowledge of Azure tools and technologies.
• Working knowledge of Portal with advanced customization.
