Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Design, build, and maintain customer-facing pages on the CRM Portal using both out-of-the-box capabilities and customizations.
• Oversee the CRM data model creation and participate actively in its design and maintenance.
