Persistent Systems is seeking an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Functional Architect (Business Analyst) to analyze business needs and design CRM solutions across Sales, Customer Service and Field Service. You will bridge business stakeholders and IT, driving digital transformation with Dynamics 365 and CE configurations.

The role requires 10–15 years in business analysis, solution architecture, and end-to-end CRM lifecycle management, with a focus on delivering scalable, business-aligned outcomes.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful implementation and optimization of Dynamics CRM solutions across Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service modules. This role requires strong expertise in business process analysis, solution architecture, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and end-to-end CRM lifecycle management to deliver scalable and business-aligned solutions.
