Job description

We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, translating them into system requirements, and supporting the successful configuration and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders, end-users, and technical teams to ensure our business goals are effectively translated into scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirements Gathering

· Engage with stakeholders and end-users to collect and document business requirements.

· Conduct interviews, workshops, and process reviews to understand current and target states.

· Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement.

2. Solution Design

· Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.

· Define workflows, data models, UI designs, and configuration requirements.

· Work with developers and consultants to validate feasibility and alignment with business goals.

3. Configuration and Customization

· Leverage out-of-the-box D365 functionalities to configure solutions.

· Identify customization needs and collaborate with developers to deliver enhancements.

· Ensure proper system setup to support business processes and reporting needs.

4. Change Management

· Support change initiatives by partnering with stakeholders and change teams.

· Assist with communication planning, impact assessments, and user adoption strategies.

· Proactively identify and manage resistance or risks related to change.

5. Business Process Awareness

· Understand manufacturing, procurement, sales, trade, and distribution processes.

· Provide insights and recommendations to align system capabilities with operational needs.

6. Documentation & Reporting

· Maintain detailed documentation including requirements, functional specs, and user manuals.

· Develop dashboards and reports to monitor system usage, performance, and KPIs.

· Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.

· Stay current with D365 updates, new features, and best practices.

· Identify opportunities for optimization and automation.

· Provide feedback to improve system design and user experience.
