Job summary

Careernet is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM developer to design, customize, and maintain CRM solutions across modules. You will implement plugins, workflows, and integrations using C# and .NET, with a focus on Customer Engagement and Dataverse.

You should have strong SQL reporting skills (SSRS) and extensive experience configuring Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service. A Bachelor's degree in CS or related field is required.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and enterprise application customization.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE development with strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• C# and .NET Framework / .NET Core for plugin and workflow development.
• Dataverse, REST API development, and CRM customization/configuration including business rules and ribbon customizations.
• SQL reporting and SSRS report development, including complex SQL query work and data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities
