Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise monitoring tools for servers, networks, applications, databases, and IT infrastructure.
• Configure monitoring policies, thresholds, alerts, dashboards, and notifications.
• Monitor availability, performance, capacity, and service health.
• Troubleshoot faults, false alerts, data collection and agent communication issues.
• Perform advanced L3 troubleshooting and root cause analysis for recurring incidents.
• Coordinate with server, network, cloud, application, and security teams.
• Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and technical documentation.
• Guide L1/L2 teams and coordinate with vendors for complex issues.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced L3 Monitoring Tools Engineer to manage enterprise IT infrastructure monitoring solutions. The candidate will be responsible for tool administration, monitoring configuration, alert management, troubleshooting, integrations, performance analysis, automation, and advanced incident resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise monitoring tools for servers, networks, applications, databases, and IT infrastructure.
• Configure monitoring policies, thresholds, alerts, dashboards, and notifications.
• Monitor infrastructure availability, performance, capacity, and service health.
• Troubleshoot monitoring failures, false alerts, data collection issues, and agent communication problems.
• Perform advanced L3 troubleshooting and root cause analysis for recurring incidents.
• Configure integrations with ticketing, ITSM, and notification systems.
• Support monitoring tool upgrades, patching, migrations, and configuration changes.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and service availability metrics.
• Identify monitoring gaps and improve alert accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with server, network, cloud, application, and security teams.
• Support incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and technical documentation.
