- Infrastructure Monitoring Alert Management
- Monitor global CIT-OC - IT Operations and services on a 24 7 basis using enterprise monitoring tools.
- Analyze, validate, and classify alerts to distinguish between false positives and genuine incidents.
- Identify impact, urgency, and priority of incidents based on predefined SLAs.
- First-Level Technical Support
- Perform basic troubleshooting on Windows Server and Linux Server environments.
- Conduct basic checks on database systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL.
- Collect logs, verify service status, and perform initial diagnostics before escalation.
- Incident Management Escalation
- Log incidents with accurate details in ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or equivalent.
- Follow the incident lifecycle including logging, categorization, prioritization, escalation, and closure.
- Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams within defined SLAs.
- Documentation Reporting
- Maintain detailed incident records, shift handover notes, and operational documentation.
- Identify recurring incidents and report trends to senior operations or engineering teams.
- Shift Operations Collaboration
- Work in rotational shifts providing 24 7 coverage, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure smooth operations and effective incident resolution.
Technical Skills
- Operating Systems: Windows Server, Linux Server
- Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL (basic administration and monitoring)
- Monitoring Operations: Infrastructure and service monitoring, alert analysis

- Linux certifications: RHCSA, LFCS, or equivalent
- Database fundamentals: Oracle OCA, SQL Server MTA, or similar
