Job summary

TAAL Tech Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru is seeking a BIM modeller with 1–5 years of experience in mechanical services to support HVAC, electrical and PHE projects using Revit and AutoCAD.

You will produce 3D models, shop drawings, fabrication drawings, coordinate across trades, run clash analysis and deliver accurate drawings to tight deadlines while communicating with on-site teams.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in BIM modelling for MEPS services.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD for 3D BIM modelling.
• Experience with BIM360/ACC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Detailed modelling for HVAC, Electrical, PHE & Fire Protection service support structures.
• Create AutoCAD drawings for MEP support structures.
• Edit MEP Revit Families with parameters and manage project setup in Revit MEP.
• Perform clash analysis and resolve clashes across services.
• Produce fabrication drawings, shop drawings, and combined drawings.
• Coordinate with on-site teams and ensure timely delivery of projects.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION

• Proficient in AutoCAD & Revit 3D BIM modeling
• BIM360/ACC experienced MEP modeller.
• Detailed modelling for HVAC, Electrical, PHE & Fire Protection service support structure Modeling.
• Expert level in creating AutoCAD drawings for MEP support structure.
• Expert level in creating & editing the MEP Revit Families with Parameters.
• Detailed modelling & drafting for MEP- HVAC, Electrical & PHE services with Sections, 3D views, enlarged views, Annotation, and Detailing Quantity schedules, templates, Title sheet setting etc.
• Performing clash analysis within services & for all other services & solving the clashes if any.
• Preparation of Project Setup in REVIT MEP.
• Creating Multiuser work sharing environment in Revit MEP.
• Conversion of Revit models to other formats such as CAD, DWF & PDF.
• Hands on experience creating Fabrication drawings, Shop Drawings, GFC Drawing and Combined Drawing.
• Self-motivated talent management characteristics with problem solving skills
• Strong interacting skills with clients on-site and managing deliverables to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Efficient communication skills with good presentation, negotiation and relationship characteristics.
• Ability to consistently work independently
• Provide regular work status updates, including risks or concerns to the manager.
