Mahindra Logistics Ltd in Mumbai is seeking a Supply Manager to build and manage vendor networks, optimize fleet deployment and ensure uninterrupted service for B2B clients.

The role focuses on fleet planning, vendor onboarding, rate negotiation, performance reviews and cross-functional coordination with Ops, Commercial and Finance teams. You will drive supply planning for new client launches and scale operations across the network.

• Ensure adequate vehicle availability to meet daily and future client demands.

• Monitor fleet utilization, vehicle retention, and supply productivity.
• Coordinate with Operations teams for smooth vehicle deployment and issue resolution.

• Monitor key supply metrics and implement improvement initiatives.

• Conduct driver onboarding, induction, and periodic training.
• Coordinate with Operations teams for smooth vehicle deployment and issue resolution.

• Support client ramp-ups by ensuring timely fleet deployment.
