Job summary

Hindustan Consulting Services India seeks a Technical Support Associate / Technical Support Executive for non-voice support in Hyderabad and Bangalore. You will handle Chat & Email queries, troubleshoot basic issues, and document outcomes for quality adherence.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Freshers must have good written English and basic IT knowledge; experienced candidates with chat/email support background are preferred. Full-time with shifts.

Qualifications

• Experienced: 4.0 – 7.0 LPA depending on relevant experience, previous CTC and interview performance
