Job summary

IndBank Global Support Services Limited is seeking an MIS Specialist in Chennai to own data management, reporting, and performance analytics across verticals. You will prepare MIS, support decisions with analytical reports, and coordinate with banks, vendors, and HR to ensure timely incentive and dealer payouts.

You will also contribute to management presentations, Town Hall reports, and data reconciliation with the parent bank, aiming for high accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in MIS, analytics, or operations.
• NBFC/Banking/Financial services experience preferred.
• Incentive calculations and dealer payouts and management reporting desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate MIS and dashboards.
• Coordinate with banks, vendors and HR for data processing.
• Support management presentations and town hall reports.
• Ensure timely incentive and dealer payout processing.
• Maintain data validation and SLA-compliant data requests.
• Assist in regional headcount reporting and revenue tracking.

The MIS Specialist will act as the central point of contact for all business-related data management, reporting, and performance analytics for all verticals. The role is responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate MIS, supporting management decision-making through analytical reports, coordinating with business teams, banks, vendors, and HR, and ensuring timely processing of incentive and dealer payouts. The incumbent will also support management presentations, Town Hall reports, and reconciliation of data with parent Bank.
