Job summary

Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. in Lucknow is seeking an MIS Analyst to gather reporting requirements and design dashboards. You will work closely with the Zonal Head and Branch teams on data management and transition legacy reports to central BI solutions.

This role requires 1-3 years in MIS management within BFSI/NBFC, MBA/PG/Graduate, and strong English communication. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is essential to ensure timely, accurate reporting with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• MBA/PG/Graduate in any stream
• 1–3 years MIS Management experience in BFSI/NBFC sector
• Highly proficient in English (written and verbal)

Job description

• Participate in business analysis activities to gather required reporting and dashboard requirements
• Closely work with Zonal Head and Branch team for data management
• Participate with other specialist to convert legacy reports to BI solutions or central reporting system.
• Transition developed reports and dashboards to the Operations & Support team.
• Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports and dashboards for all users.
• Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines and repeatable processes.
• Must be able to perform duties with moderate to low supervision.
• Timeline and accuracy of reports to be maintained all the time.
• Liner data management and analysis
• Highly proficient in the English language (Written and Verbal communications)
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
