Job summary

Igssl is seeking an MIS Specialist to act as the central point of contact for data management, reporting, and performance analytics across all verticals. You will prepare and maintain accurate MIS, support management decisions through analytical reports, and coordinate with business teams, banks, vendors, and HR to ensure timely incentive and dealer payouts.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in MIS, business analytics, or operations.
• Experience in NBFC, banking, vehicle loans, home loans, or financial services is preferred.
• Experience handling incentive calculations, dealer payouts, and management reporting is desirable.

Educational Qualification
