INFINX is seeking an MIS Executive/Analyst in Hyderabad to manage and analyze management information systems. The role focuses on producing daily to monthly MIS reports, maintaining dashboards, and delivering data-driven insights to support business operations.

You will handle data accuracy, collaborate with stakeholders, and automate reports using MS Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and other reporting tools. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential for success in this office-based

MIS Executive / MIS Analyst

Job Summary

The MIS Executive is responsible for managing, analyzing, and maintaining management information systems, preparing reports, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting business operations through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain and update databases, trackers, and dashboards.
• Analyze business data and generate actionable insights.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
• Create reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics.
• Support management with ad hoc reports and data requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to collect and validate data.
• Automate reports wherever possible to improve efficiency.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query).
• Experience with MIS reporting and data analysis.
• Good understanding of databases and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1-5 years of experience in MIS reporting/data analysis preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Power BI / Tableau knowledge.
• SQL knowledge.
• Experience in recruitment MIS or healthcare MIS reporting.
