The MIS (Management Information System) Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining data, generating reports, and ensuring seamless data flow across departments. Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Management:
   1. Collect, organize, and maintain data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
   2. Manage databases and ensure data integrity across systems.
2. Reporting and Analysis:
   1. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by different departments.
   2. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making.
3. Dashboard Management:
   1. Create and manage dashboards for real-time data visualization.
   2. Ensure dashboards are updated regularly with accurate data.
4. Process Improvement:
   1. Identify areas for process optimization and suggest automation opportunities in data handling and reporting.
   2. Work closely with teams to streamline MIS processes and enhance efficiency.
5. Support Functions:
   1. Assist in preparing presentations, financial models, or other documentation as needed.
   2. Provide support in troubleshooting data discrepancies or system issues.
6. Compliance and Documentation:
   1. Ensure compliance with company policies regarding data security and privacy.
   2. Maintain proper documentation of reports, procedures, and data sources.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in MIS or data management roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
