Ace Brigade Data Management Solutions Pvt Ltd. is seeking an MIS Analyst to handle MIS reporting, data analysis, dashboards, and KPI tracking from an in-person India location.

You will work with large datasets, clean and reconcile data, and support management with timely insights across sales, purchases, and operations. 3+ years' experience and a commerce/business background are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in commerce or related field.
• Advanced MS Excel skills required (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS).
• Experience with MIS reporting and dashboard prep.
• Experience in daily/weekly/monthly management reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports and management dashboards.
• Analyse sales, purchases, collections, expenses, inventory, and operational data.
• Track KPIs and prepare variance/actual-vs-budget reports.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies with relevant departments.
• Consolidate departmental data and provide timely analysis to management.

MIS Analyst

• Experience: 3+ years in MIS, reporting, data analysis, or business operations
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field

Key Requirements

• Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, dashboards & charts).
• Strong knowledge of MIS reporting and dashboard preparation.
• Experience in daily, weekly, and monthly management reporting.
• Ability to handle large datasets, data cleaning, reconciliation, and accuracy checks.
• Knowledge of Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
