Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield India Hyderabad is seeking an Accounts Operations professional to manage MIS, reports, and SLA-driven deliverables across sites.

You will coordinate with multiple departments to gather inputs, prepare monthly MMR, track manpower and OC, and raise invoices to clients. The role involves leading the site team and ensuring discipline and well-being while handling external communications.

Responsibilities

• Submit MIS and reports to stakeholders as per SLA
• Prepare and submit Monthly MMR with inputs from all departments
• Maintain manpower details and OC tracker
• Coordinate with FM for site trackers
• Follow up on pending complaints and prepare delay reports
• Maintain records of communications with external bodies and reminders
• Raise invoices to clients and track them
• Lead site team to run Accounts Operations in shifts
• Ensure staff discipline and well-being
• Handle any other management-assigned tasks

Job description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for Submission of MIS & Reports as per SLA's to respective stakeholders

Preparation and submission of Monthly MMR taking input from each department

Preparation of Manpower details and OC tracker

Preparation of MIS as per schedule

To coordinate with FM for maintaining various trackers maintained at site.

To coordinate with various section heads for following up for closing pending Complaints and preparing reports for delay in closing.

To maintain record of various communication with external bodies and monitor them for reminders on case basis.

Any other task / responsibility assigned by the management time to time

Raise Invoice to client and maintain track of the same

Able to lead site team to run the Accounts Operations smoothly in shifts or designated areas.

Staffs discipline and well-being.
