Responsibilities

• Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Role Overview

The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing daily operational data, preparing accurate MIS reports, maintaining dashboards, and providing actionable insights to the management team. The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, analytical ability, and the capability to work with large volumes of operational data.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain operational trackers and databases with accuracy and completeness.
• Collect, validate, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Prepare TL-wise, process-wise, and location-wise performance reports.
• Track key operational metrics such as:
• Headcount
• Attendance
• Shrinkage
• Attrition
• Productivity
• AHT
• Quality
• CSAT
• Adherence
• Login / Logout performance
• Prepare daily dashboards and management reports.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards, pivot tables, charts, and MIS formats.
• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with respective teams for corrections.
• Maintain data confidentiality and ensure accuracy of all reports.
• Support management with data analysis and performance insights.
• Prepare presentations and reports for weekly/monthly business reviews.
• Track targets versus achievements and highlight gaps.
• Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by management.
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of MIS reports.
• Automate repetitive reports wherever possible to improve efficiency.

• Experience in MIS automation will be an advantage.

Education

Graduate in any discipline

Candidates with a background in Commerce, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Applications, or related fields will be preferred.

• 13 years of experience in MIS / Reporting / Data Analysis.
• Strong command of Excel and data handling.
• Should be comfortable working with large datasets.
• Should have excellent attention to detail.
