Responsibilities

• Assist Regional Head - S&D (Cat-1,2&3) Karnataka with daily activities and data gathering.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect information on time and follow up as required.
• Prepare periodic MIS reports as per business needs and submit to the reporting authority on schedule.
• Update and maintain production data in ERP/SAP-PP & SD modules regularly as per schedules.
• Organize meetings and coordinate with internal/external audit teams as required.

Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting the Regional Head - S&D (Cat-1,2&3), Karnataka on their regular activities by effective coordinate, follow-up with concerned team & obtain the required information/data on time.

Key Result Areas

1. Planning & Execution of daily activities of your reporting authorities.
   1. Responsible for assist your reporting authority in his day to day operations by effective communicating the schedule on time.
   2. Responsible for communication, upward and downward as per the advice of your authorities.
2. Coordination, Follow-up & obtain the information/data on time.
   1. Responsible to maintain close interaction with other functional teams, follow-up and timely obtain the required daily information without any deviation.
3. Preparation of Periodical MIS reports as per the business requirement.
   1. Responsible for preparation of periodical Management Information reports as per business requirement and submit to the concern reporting authority on time.
   2. Responsible for development of specific report as per guidance of your reporting authorities and submit the concern as per the schedule.
4. Effective usage & regular updating of data in ERP/SAP-PP & SD Module.
   1. Responsible for effective usage & implementation of available ERP/SAP Production Planning Module by updating and generating the different reports as per the business requirement.
   2. Responsible to regular update the production data in ERP/SAP-PP Module without any deviation as per the schedule.
5. Maintain good relationship with both Internal & External Customers.
   1. Responsible to maintain good relationship with all the functional teams at Corporate Office as well as other location teams by different communication channels.
6. Effective Coordination, Communication & Organize Meetings as per schedule.
   1. Responsible to organize meetings as per the schedule by effective Coordination & Communication within the team.
   2. Responsible to Coordinate with Internal/External Audit Team as required by providing necessary inputs in consultation with reporting authorities.
