Job summary

Tata AIG General Insurance Company in India is seeking an MIS Analyst to prepare and maintain MIS reports for claim operations. The role involves tracking metrics, validating data, and creating dashboards to support management reviews.

The candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in MIS or data analysis, with strong Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI. Preference given to applicants with exposure to insurance/health claims data.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, MBA preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis, preferably in insurance/health claims.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Dashboards, Power Query preferred).
• Working knowledge of Power BI and reporting tools will be an advantage.

• Assist in automation and process improvement initiatives for reporting requirements.
• Support audit, compliance, and business review activities through data analysis.
