Job summary

Andromeda is seeking a detail-oriented Insurance MIS Executive in Mumbai to manage backend operations, data management, and reporting. You will handle policy processing, renewals, and maintain accurate records using MS Excel and internal systems.

The role requires strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and the ability to coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams to ensure timely, error-free MIS reports and smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Knowledge of Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data management is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of insurance processes will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle backend insurance operations, including policy processing, renewals, and documentation.
• Maintain and update insurance-related data, customer records, and policy details in Excel and internal systems.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using MS Excel.
• Use Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, sorting, and basic formulas.
• Verify data accuracy and ensure proper maintenance of insurance records.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and internal departments regarding policy status, pending cases, and documentation.
• Identify data discrepancies and ensure timely corrections.
• Maintain proper records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Support the sales team with backend operations and data management
