Job summary

SHRI KRISHNA PLACEMENT in Pune is seeking a MIS Executive to handle reporting, dashboard creation and automation for an International BPO. The role requires at least 6 months of relevant experience and a minimum education of 12th pass.

The position is based in Pune with a salary of up to 2.50 LPA CTC for the International BPO domain. You will create report templates, collate data from multiple queues, automate reports, and publish weekly and monthly dashboards for management review.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum 12th pass required for MIS Executive role.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in MIS or reporting.
• Knowledge: Exposure to report automation and dashboard design is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Create new report templates as per the requirement.
• Collate reports from different queues and prepare dashboards
• Automate reports to reduce man-hours spent on existing reports.
• Prepare and publish weekly and monthly dashboards to management.
• Manage database & prepare different report
• Update centers on new changes in reports as and when introduced.
• Regularly follow-up with centers on report completeness & accuracy.
• Prepare Ad hoc reports based on the requirements from the stakeholders.
• Has knowledge of Genesys dialer
