Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare daily reports on sales, purchase, inventory, and other relevant metrics using advanced Excel skills such as pivot tables, HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and formulas.
• Develop monthly reports with detailed analysis of business performance including revenue growth, customer behavior insights from data reporting.
• Utilize MIS operations expertise to maintain accurate records of transactions and generate timely reports for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of MIS experience in a (BPO or ITES) industry is mandatory.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel with proficiency in report preparation using various tools like pivot tables, HLOOKUPs etc.
