Job summary

Medanta in Gurgaon is seeking a MIS Executive to manage and analyze MIS data, prepare regular business reports and support Sales & Business teams with timely insights.

The role involves creating dashboards, validating data and coordinating with Sales, Operations and Finance to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights for decision making.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in MIS / Sales MIS / Business Reporting.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Advanced MS Excel Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, dashboards.
• Good analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Experience in Power BI will be an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Healthcare / Diagnostics / Pharma / Retail experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports for Lab & Pharma business from multiple data sources.
• Maintain and analyse sales, revenue, productivity and performance data.
• Prepare target vs. achievement reports and management dashboards.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure data accuracy.
• Create and maintain Advanced Excel dashboards and trackers.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation and identify gaps/errors.
• Provide timely reports and insights to the Sales & Business teams.
• Handle ad-hoc data requirements and management reports.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance and other stakeholders for data collection and validation.

The candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing a MIS data, preparing regular business reports, maintaining dashboards, and supporting the Sales & Business teams with accurate and timely data.
