Job summary

Medanta in Gurgaon is seeking an MIS Executive to join the Sales Administration team. You will manage and analyse Lab & Pharma MIS data, prepare regular business reports, maintain dashboards, and support Sales & Business teams with accurate, timely data.

The role requires 2-4 years of MIS/ sales MIS experience with advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS). Power BI experience is a plus. Work from office six days a week.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of MIS / Sales MIS / Business Reporting experience.
• Strong hands-on Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.).
• Experience with Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports for Lab & Pharma business.
• Maintain and analyse sales, revenue, productivity and performance data.
• Prepare target vs. achievement reports and management dashboards.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure data accuracy.
• Create and maintain Advanced Excel dashboards and trackers.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation and identify gaps/errors.
• Provide timely reports and insights to the Sales & Business teams.
• Handle ad-hoc data requirements and management reports.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance and other stakeholders for data collection and validation.

What We're Looking For

• Good analytical and data interpretation skills
• Experience in Power BI will be an added advantage
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Healthcare / Diagnostics / Pharma / Retail experience will be an advantage
