Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive with strong analytical skills to join our team in Gurgaon. The role focuses on data management, generating insightful reports, and supporting business decision-making through accurate and timely MIS reporting. You will work extensively with Excel, Google Sheets, and other Google platform tools to handle data, automate processes, and deliver actionable insights. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with at least 1 year of experience who are proficient in spreadsheet tools and analytics, looking to grow in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Collect, compile, clean, and analyze data from various internal sources to prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports.

Create and maintain dynamic dashboards, trackers, and reports using advanced Excel/Google Sheets features.

Perform data validation, reconciliation, and ensure high data accuracy and integrity.

Develop automated workflows, formulas, pivot tables, charts, and scripts to streamline reporting processes.

Support various departments (sales, operations, finance, etc.) by providing timely insights and customized reports.

Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through strong data analysis.

Coordinate with team members for data requirements and deliver reports to management/stakeholders.

Maintain databases/spreadsheets and troubleshoot any data-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced level: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Charts, Macros/VBA – preferred).

Excellent hands-on experience with Google Sheets and Google Workspace tools (Google Forms, Docs, Drive, etc.).

Familiarity with Google platform ecosystem for data collaboration and automation (Google Apps Script is a plus).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – ability to interpret complex data and turn it into meaningful business insights.

Good attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle large datasets

Experience: Minimum 1 year in MIS, data analysis, reporting, back-office operations, or similar roles.

Experience with basic SQL If you have a strong command over Excel & Google Sheets, solid analytics mindset, and are comfortable with 6-day working in Gurgaon, this role offers good learning and growth potential within the specified CTC range.
