Job summary

Parnami Logistics in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking a MIS Executive Fleet Operations to manage daily MIS, reports, and fleet-related documentation. The role involves coordinating with drivers and the operations team, ensuring accurate billing, vehicle records, and GPS tracking, with an on-site work setup.

The ideal candidate will have strong MS Excel skills (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS), knowledge of LR/GR and E-Way Bill, and prior Fleet MIS experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily MIS, DSR, dispatch and TAT reports.
• Maintain trip sheets, driver advances, diesel slips and toll records.
• Track and follow up for soft and physical PODs.
• Prepare billing data and freight invoice details.
• Handle market vehicle settlements.
• Maintain vehicle records including Insurance, Fitness, Permit and PUC.
• Monitor GPS and vehicle movement.
• Coordinate with drivers, transporters and operations team.
