Job summary

Urban Farms Co. is seeking an MIS Executive to manage daily operational data for DC, CC, and farm-to-customer supply chains.

You will prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports, track key metrics, and support smooth DC operations through accurate data and insights. You will maintain data in Excel/Google Sheets and ERP systems, ensure accuracy between physical stock and records, create simple dashboards for management reviews, and collaborate with DC, Quality, and Logistics teams for data

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in MIS / reporting role.
• Good knowledge of AI Tools like Chatgpt & Claude AI, Advance Excel
• Good knowledge of Google Sheets / PowerPoint
• Good analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Track key metrics like inbound and dispatch data, stock and inventory levels, wastage and rejection
• Ensure data accuracy between physical stock and system records
• Support DC team with daily operational reporting and updates

We are looking for an MIS Executive to manage daily operational data for Distribution Center (DC), Collection Centers (CC), and farm-to-customer supply chain. The role focuses on preparing reports, tracking performance, and supporting smooth DC operations through accurate data and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for DC operations
• Track key metrics like:
• Inbound and dispatch data
• Stock and inventory levels
• Wastage and rejection
• Delivery performance (Fill rate, On-time dispatch)
• Maintain and update data in Excel / Google Sheets / ERP system
• Ensure data accuracy between physical stock and system records
• Support DC team with daily operational reporting and updates
• Create simple dashboards for management review meetings
• Coordinate with DC, Quality, and Logistics teams for data collection

Requirements:
