Job summary

Q'fleet is seeking a data analyst in Telangana to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, updating operational data using MS Excel and Google Sheets, and building dashboards and data summaries to track performance metrics.

You will verify data accuracy, consolidate data from multiple sources, and share timely updates with the operations team while ensuring confidentiality and meeting deadlines. Strong Excel skills and the ability to handle large datasets independently are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily MIS reports for management.
• Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports for management.
• Maintain and update operational data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Use formulas such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and other relevant functions.
• Prepare dashboards, performance reports, and data summaries.
• Track vehicle utilization, driver performance, collections, outstanding balances, and operational metrics.
• Verify data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and correct errors.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and maintain proper records.
• Monitor daily targets and share performance updates with the operations team.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect and validate data.
• Complete assigned reports within deadlines and maintain data confidentiality.
