Job summary

Vqualify is seeking a data-driven MIS/Reporting Analyst to consolidate data from multiple sources and produce accurate MIS reports. You will build dashboards in Excel and Power BI, automate recurring tasks, and leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance reporting and productivity.

The role requires 2+ years in MIS/Data Analyst/Reporting, strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS), and familiarity with Power BI.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of MIS/Data Analyst/Reporting experience.
• Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS).
• Experience creating dashboards with Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate data from multiple sources and maintain MIS reports.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and business opportunities.
• Create and maintain dashboards using Advanced Excel / Power BI / AI tools.
• Automate repetitive reporting and data-management activities wherever possible.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI platforms to improve reporting, analysis, and productivity.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
• Track team performance, productivity, leads, conversions, and other operational KPIs.
• Prepare management reports and present key findings in a simple and actionable format.
• Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Management teams for data requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure reports are shared within timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in MIS/Data Analyst/Reporting roles.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, charts, dashboards, etc.
• Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of data analysis and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, especially ChatGPT, for data analysis and automation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple reports/deadlines.
