Job summary

Om Jewellers is seeking a data-driven professional to transform raw data into management-ready insights. You will own advanced Excel analytics, build MIS reports, trackers and automated dashboards.

You will develop Power BI dashboards for sales, revenue, productivity and other business parameters, perform data cleaning and forecasting, and work with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven improvements.

• Capable of analysing data, identifying business gaps, forecasting, creating dashboards and recommending improvements.
• Experience in developing MIS reports and automated dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Handle Advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting, modelling and dashboard creation (highest priority).
• Develop advanced Excel-based MIS, trackers, analytical models and automated reports.
• Use Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS and other advanced Excel functions.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and management reports with meaningful KPIs and visualizations.
• Develop dashboards for Sales, Revenue, Targets, Productivity, Manpower, Customer, Operations and other business parameters.
• Apply Statistics and Analytics to interpret business performance and support decision-making.
• Conduct trend analysis, variance analysis, correlation and performance analysis.

Role & responsibilities

• Handle Advanced Excel for complex data analysis, reporting, modelling and dashboard creation highest priority.
• Develop advanced Excel-based MIS, trackers, analytical models and automated reports.
• Use Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, nested formulas and other advanced Excel functions.
• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, gaps, deviations and business opportunities.
• Perform data cleaning, validation, consolidation and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy.
• Manage and maintain databases and structured data required for MIS and business reporting.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and management reports with meaningful KPIs and visualizations.
• Develop dashboards for Sales, Revenue, Targets, Productivity, Manpower, Customer, Operations and other business parameters.
• Apply Statistics and Analytics to interpret business performance and support decision-making.
• Conduct trend analysis, variance analysis, correlation and performance analysis wherever required.
• Develop forecasting models to support sales, manpower, inventory, revenue and business planning.
• Apply Business Analytics to identify business gaps and provide actionable recommendations.
• Identify repetitive manual activities and implement automation solutions to improve reporting efficiency.
• Use Python for data analysis, data processing, automation and reporting wherever applicable.
• Integrate data from multiple sources and develop automated reporting workflows.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis and performance monitoring.
• Study existing processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven process improvements.
• Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Prepare Business Review presentations, dashboards and management summaries.
• Present complex data in a simple, clear and business-oriented manner to management.
• Work closely Purchase, Merchandiser, labelling and other departments to understand reporting requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of accurate and reliable reports and dashboards.

• A data-driven professional who can independently work from raw data to final management presentation.
• Should be an Advanced Excel expert, with strong analytical and business understanding.
