Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
• Handle large data sets and perform data analysis using Advanced Excel.
• Create and maintain Excel dashboards, Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF formulas, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS.
• Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Extract, clean, transform, and analyze data for reporting purposes.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations for management reviews and meetings.
• Track KPIs, business performance, productivity, and operational metrics.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports.
• Identify trends, variances, and gaps in data and provide meaningful insights.
• Coordinate with departments to collect and validate required data.
• Automate recurring reports where possible to improve efficiency.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting formats.
• Support management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis.
