Key Responsibilities

MIS Reporting & Data Management

• Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports and dashboards for management and business stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.
• Design and implement reporting frameworks to support operational and strategic objectives.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate periodic management reports.

Data Analytics & Business Insights

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights.
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support business requirements and management decisions.
• Perform root cause analysis and identify areas for process improvement.

SQL & Database Management

• Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation.

Dashboard Development (Power BI & Tableau)

Excel-Based Analytics

Statistical Analysis

• Apply statistical methods to analyze business and operational data.
