Job summary

Reliance Consumer Products Limited in Bengaluru is seeking a data analytics professional to collect, cleanse and interpret data, building Tableau dashboards that reveal real-time KPIs for business leadership.

You will automate reports, drive data quality, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to translate needs into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI or MIS.
• Strong hands-on Tableau and dashboard visualization.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, lookups and data analysis.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data extraction.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into dashboards and insights.

Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Insights: Collect, clean, analyze and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, gaps and business opportunities. Translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
• Dashboard & Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau, enabling stakeholders to monitor KPIs, business performance and trends in real time. Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, accurate and visually effective.
• Business Reporting: Develop regular and ad-hoc MIS, performance reports and analytical presentations for business leadership. Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.
• Data Management: Work with large datasets, validate data accuracy, identify inconsistencies and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, HR and other functions to understand business requirements and convert them into relevant analytical solutions.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate and improve existing reporting processes. Support the development of standardized dashboards, KPI definitions and data governance practices

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or MIS.
• Strong hands-on experience in Tableau and dashboard visualization.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, lookups, formulas and data analysis.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data extraction/querying is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into meaningful dashboards and insights.
• High attention to detail with strong ownership and execution skills.
