Job summary

Aapjimini Techsoft in Odisha/Khordha seeks an MIS Analyst to prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports, collect and analyze data, and drive data-driven insights. You will build Excel dashboards, monitor KPIs, and automate reporting to improve efficiency.

The role requires strong Excel skills, basic SQL knowledge, and excellent communication to present findings to management while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Collect, validate, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Create and maintain Excel dashboards, reports, and performance trackers.
• Monitor KPIs and identify trends, gaps, and performance issues.

• Maintain databases and timely MIS record updates.
