Job summary

Hyva is seeking an Executive MIS, Inventory Analytics & Power BI expert to deliver daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and executive dashboards for the India region. You will manage data validation, ageing inventory, and perpetual inventory across Plant and Warehouse teams.

The role focuses on developing Power BI reports, data models, KPIs, and visuals, while coordinating with stakeholders for accurate management reporting and ad-hoc analysis.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in MIS, inventory analytics, or supply chain analytics.
• Experience in Power BI report development and Excel-based MIS reporting is required.
• Hands-on experience with Plant/Warehouse data and monthly/perpetual inventory reporting.

Role Summary

We are looking for an Executive MIS, Inventory Analytics & Power BI with 34 years of experience in management reporting, inventory analytics, dashboard development, and MIS coordination. The role will be responsible for preparing executive dashboards, developing Power BI reports, monitoring ageing and perpetual inventory, and providing timely MIS and analytical support to the Plant, Warehouse, and India Region teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Executive Dashboard & MIS Reporting

• Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management and Plant teams.
• Develop executive dashboards and management reports highlighting KPIs, trends, exceptions, and key business insights.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of all MIS reports.
• Prepare reports as per business and management requirements.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to collect, validate, and consolidate data.

2. Power BI Report Development

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Convert business requirements into meaningful dashboards and visual reports.
• Create and maintain data models, measures, KPIs, filters, and interactive visualizations.
• Resolve issues related to existing Power BI reports and implement required enhancements.
• Support new report development based on changing business requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy and proper reconciliation between source data and Power BI reports.

3. Inventory Management & Analysis

• Support perpetual inventory management at Plant and Warehouse levels.
• Monitor inventory movement, stock levels, and inventory accuracy.
• Prepare and analyze ageing inventory reports.
• Maintain control over ageing inventory and identify slow-moving and non-moving inventory.
• Conduct ageing inventory analysis and highlight areas requiring management attention.
• Coordinate with Plant/Warehouse teams for month-wise perpetual inventory data.
• Analyze inventory trends and provide actionable insights to relevant stakeholders.

4. Inventory Planning & Budgeting

• Prepare the Yearly Inventory Budget in coordination with relevant business functions.
• Track inventory performance against budget and identify major variances.
• Support inventory planning through historical trend analysis and management reporting.
• Prepare periodic inventory analysis for review by management.

5. Monthly & Periodic Reporting

• Prepare Month-wise MOR files and ensure timely submission.
• Prepare and circulate Daily MIS to Plant teams.
• Prepare monthly inventory and operational reports.
• Coordinate and consolidate data from Plants/Warehouses for monthly reporting.
• Create reports and analysis based on specific management requirements.

6. India Region S&OP Support

• Support the preparation of Monthly India Region S&OP reports and presentations.
• Consolidate relevant inventory and supply-chain data from different locations.
• Prepare dashboards and analytical inputs for S&OP discussions.
• Highlight key inventory trends, risks, gaps, and exceptions for management review.

7. Presentation & Management Support

• Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations for management reviews, monthly reviews, and business meetings.
• Convert complex data into clear charts, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Create meaningful visualizations and summaries for executive-level decision making.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requirements from management.

• Advanced MS Excel — Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, data analysis, charts, and reporting.
• Power BI — Dashboard creation, data modeling, DAX basics/intermediate, Power Query, visualization, and report maintenance.
• Microsoft PowerPoint — Strong presentation and management-reporting skills.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate degree in Commerce, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in MIS, inventory analytics, supply chain analytics, reporting, or business analytics.
• Experience working with Plant/Warehouse teams will be preferred.
• Hands-on experience in Power BI report development and Excel-based MIS reporting is required.
