Job summary

Sutherland Global Services Private Limited is seeking an MIS and Power BI Developer in Chennai to generate dashboards and manage MIS across financial processes. The role involves processing CRM reports, highlighting gaps, and delivering timely insights to inform operations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and the ability to work in a multi-cultural team with a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with a strong educational background.
• Proficiency in different Reporting tools. Preference to MS Excel MS PowerPoint MS Power BI (Good to have)
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication (verbal and written) skills to work cooperatively and constructively in a multi-cultural team environment.
• Self-Driven, Result Oriented, Problem-Solving Skills with High Customer Orientation
• Experience Level Mid Level

Responsibilities

• Generate reports and showcase them through dashboards, as an individual contributor
• Manage MIS and Power BI reports across F&A process such as Order Management, O2C, P2P, R2R and FP&A
• Ability to process reports from the CRM and showcase results
• Highlight performance gaps and create dashboards that will enable decision making and process changes in Operations
• MIS reporting by using Advance Excel, Power BI & VBA (Macro) at Operational
• Create and share daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports of the SLAs, KPIs and Operational Processes on time as per client requirements
• Deliver end products maintaining quick turnaround times and highest quality standards
• Implement practices and processes to improve operational efficiencies in generating & maintaining day to day MIS Data and updating the management
