Job summary

Lenexis Foodworks is seeking a results-driven MIS & Reporting professional to deliver daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards and MIS reports on sales and profitability for the Analytics and leadership teams in Mumbai. You will consolidate data from stores and regions, develop dashboards and trackers, and ensure accuracy and timely circulation of reports.

The role also involves analyzing sales trends, KPIs, and identifying improvement opportunities through data insights.

Qualifications

• Advanced spreadsheet skills with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Power Query.
• Strong presentation design skills using PowerPoint.
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau to build dashboards and insights.
• Good understanding of data management and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards and MIS reports on sales and profitability for the Analytics and business leadership teams.
• Consolidate sales and profitability data from stores, regions, and various business systems.
• Develop and maintain sales and profitability dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely circulation of reports.
• Analyze sales trends, profitability metrics, store performance, and key business KPIs.
• Identify gaps, anomalies, and improvement opportunities through data analysis.
• Generate actionable insights to support business decisions and operational efficiency.
• Support periodic business reviews with relevant data and presentations.
• Cross-Functional Coordination for data collection and validation.
• Maintain and update trackers related to sales, profitability, manpower, and store performance.
• Coordinate with Regional Managers and cross-functional teams for data collection and validation.
• Monitor compliance of reporting timelines across regions.
• Support new initiatives, projects, and operational improvement programs through data tracking and reporting.
• Create and maintain Excel-based and BI dashboards for sales and profitability tracking.
• Automate reports wherever possible to improve efficiency.
• Ensure proper documentation and archival of operational data.
• Assist in implementation and optimization of reporting tools and systems.
