Job summary

Xpheno is seeking an experienced MIS / Data Analytics Executive in Bengaluru to manage data reporting, dashboards, and business insights. You will automate recurring MIS reports using Advanced Excel and Power BI, and translate data into actionable recommendations.

You will handle large datasets, ensure accuracy, coordinate with stakeholders, and present findings through PowerPoint, aiming to improve decision-making and efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Commerce, Economics, IT, CS or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of MIS, Data Analytics, Reporting, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and publish regular MIS reports and dashboards.
• Analyse business data and provide actionable insights.
• Handle large datasets and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Create and maintain dashboards using Power BI.
• Use Advanced Excel for analysis, reconciliation, reporting, and automation.
• Prepare management reports and PowerPoint presentations.
• Use AI tools to improve productivity.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and identify trends, gaps, and anomalies.
• Automate recurring reports and improve MIS processes.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports while maintaining data confidentiality.

We are looking for an experienced MIS / Data Analytics Executive to manage data reporting, analysis, dashboards, and business insights. The candidate should be proficient in Advanced Excel and Power BI, comfortable handling large datasets, and capable of automating and improving recurring MIS reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and publish regular MIS reports and dashboards.
• Analyse business data and provide actionable insights.
• Handle large datasets and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Create and maintain dashboards using Power BI.
• Use Advanced Excel for analysis, reconciliation, reporting, and automation.

• Use Microsoft Copilot / AI-enabled tools to improve productivity.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in MIS Reporting and Data Analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, etc.
• Hands-on experience in Power BI and dashboard creation.
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint and management reporting.
• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot / AI tools is an added advantage.
• Ability to work with large datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Commerce, Economics, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in MIS, Data Analytics, Reporting, Business Analytics, or similar roles.
