Dainik Bhaskar Group is seeking an experienced MIS Analyst to prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports. You will collect, consolidate and analyze data from multiple units, track performance, and develop dashboards to monitor key business metrics.

The role requires 13 years of MIS experience, strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas), and knowledge of Power BI. You will ensure data accuracy and timely reporting while coordinating with internal teams.

Competenze

• Graduate in any discipline; preferably B. Com, BBA, B.Sc. or equivalent.
• 13 years of relevant experience in MIS, reporting or data management.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, SUMIFS, etc.).
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple reporting requirements.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
