Job summary

Moon Technolabs Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a performance-driven Mid PPC Executive to independently manage and optimize paid campaigns, drive quality conversions, and maximize ROI across multiple platforms.

You will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Apple Search Ads and social channels, with a strong focus on end-to-end campaign ownership and measurable results. The role requires 2+ years of hands-on PPC experience, deep knowledge of keyword research, bidding strategies,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on PPC / Paid Media experience.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads; certification is a plus.
• Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, SEMrush or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of keyword research, bidding, targeting & conversion tracking.
• Ability to independently manage campaigns and take end-to-end ownership.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute & optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Apple Search Ads & social platforms.
• Conduct keyword, competitor & audience research to build effective campaigns.
• Create and optimize ad copies, targeting, bidding strategies & landing pages.
• Monitor CTR, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rate & ROAS and take corrective actions.
• Manage campaign budgets with a strong focus on ROI and performance.
• Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign results.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking, GA4 & campaign analytics.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Content, Design, SEO & Development teams for campaign improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, platform updates & best practices.
