Job summary

Iatocs is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead a 25+ member technical team focused on Microsoft CRM deployments and integration projects. You will design and implement customer requirements, manage delivery planning and work queues, and oversee code reviews (automated and manual).

Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years in CRM/solution architecture, strong case management/workflows experience, and excellent communication to manage international clients across Azure and GraphQL-based

Qualifications

• 8–10 years experience in CRM/solution architecture roles.
• 3–4 years as Solution Architect on large MS CRM deployments.

Role & responsibilities

Leading a technical team of 25+ developers and test engineers to ensure quality deliveries. Design and implementation of the customer requirements, delivery planning, work queue management, code reviews (automated and manual).

• 8-10 years of experience, with 3-4 years as Solution Architect, handling large customer implementations of Microsoft CRM.
• Good exposure to Case management & Workflows (Microsoft Flows) as per customer requirements.
• Hands on with Azure API Management, GraphQL.
• Customization and configuration of MS Dynamics 365.
• MS Dynamics CRM on Plug Ins, Customization, Workflow, Security Role, Reports and Web Resource.
• Experience in developing custom solutions using features of CRM.
• Excellent communication skills and exposure to handle international clients.
