Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions within MicrosoftDynamics 365 CRM (Sales & Customer Service Hub)
• Customize and configure CRM entities, forms, views, businessrules, and workflows
• Develop plugins, custom workflows, and integrations using C# and .NET
• Build and extend solutions using Power Platform components:
• Power Pages
• Power Automate
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems and APIs
• Participate in solution design discussions and provide technical recommendations
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize CRM applications
• Support deployment activities and manage solutions across environments
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
