Job summary

Proso Ai Technologies is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad. The role focuses on designing, configuring, and implementing CRM solutions across Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, and Omnichannel modules.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, architects, and clients to translate business needs into scalable D365 CE solutions, develop customizations, and ensure smooth integrations and production support.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Experience in D365 Customer Service, Sales, Marketing and Omnichannel.
• Deep understanding of Dataverse/Common Data Service.
• Proficient with REST/Web APIs, integrations, and data migration.
• Ability to design, develop, customize, and implement CRM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, customize, and implement D365 CE/CRM solutions.
• Work on modules including D365 Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, and Omnichannel.
• Translate business requirements into effective CRM solutions.
• Develop and customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and security roles.
• Develop plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, Power Automate flows, and other D365 customizations.
• Integrate D365 CE with third-party apps and enterprise systems.
• Work with APIs, web services, and integration frameworks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, business analysts, QA, and clients.
• Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Prepare technical documentation and contribute to standards and best practices.
• Support client discussions, workshops, demos, and walkthroughs.

About the Role

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement / CRM.
• Good experience in one or more of: D365 Customer Service, D365 Sales, D365 Marketing & D365 Omnichannel
• Strong understanding of Dataverse / Common Data Service.
• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, .NET, or related technologies.
• Experience developing/customizing D365 plugins, workflows, Power Automate, and business process flows.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, Web APIs, integrations, and data migration.
• Strong knowledge of CRM architecture, security roles, solutions, and environment management.
• Good understanding of Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate.
