Job summary

MokshaaLLC is seeking a hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM Engineer to design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions. You will work with Dataverse, Power Platform, integrations, plugins, workflows, and APIs to build scalable enterprise CRM solutions.

The role requires strong experience in D365 CRM/CE, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure-based integrations, along with a solid understanding of security models, data migration, and deployment pipelines.

We are looking for a hands-on D365 CRM Engineer to design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement solutions. The role involves working with Dataverse, Power Platform, integrations, plugins, workflows, and APIs to build scalable enterprise CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement solutions.
• Develop solutions using Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Platform.
• Design and implement integrations between D365 and external applications using REST APIs, Web APIs, Azure services, and middleware.
• Configure entities, relationships, forms, views, business process flows, security roles, and business rules.
• Develop and maintain custom APIs, integrations, and data migration processes.
• Troubleshoot performance, integration, security, and production issues.
• Work with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Follow development standards, source control, deployment, testing, and release processes.
• Support CI/CD and deployments across development, QA, UAT, and production environments.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE.
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse and Power Platform.
• Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Strong understanding of D365 Web API, REST APIs, and integrations.
• Experience with Azure services used for CRM integrations.
• Understanding of D365 security model, roles, teams, business units, and privileges.
• Experience with SQL and data migration/integration concepts.
• Knowledge of Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, API Management, or Event Grid.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or other CE modules.
• Experience with Power Platform ALM and managed/unmanaged solutions.
• Knowledge of PCF controls.
• Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Typically 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM/CE development, with strong hands-on engineering experience.
