Job summary

AboutPosition:

We are seeking a talented Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered conversational agents and automation solutions that enhance business productivity and user experience. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to build intelligent solutions leveraging Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 services while ensuring security, governance, and Responsible AI compliance.

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents and conversational experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Build and manage conversational workflows, topics, actions, entities, and agent orchestration processes.
• Integrate Copilot Studio solutions with Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and M365 Copilot.
• Develop custom integrations using REST APIs, OpenAPI specifications, Custom Connectors, and external enterprise applications.
• Create and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
• Develop business applications and integrations using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Configure and manage enterprise knowledge sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse, websites, documents, and internal repositories.
• Publish and manage Copilot agents across Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, M365 Copilot, websites, and other supported channels.
• Implement deployment strategies across Development, Testing, UAT, and Production environments.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, Responsible AI, DLP policies, and organizational standards.
• Configure authentication, authorization, RBAC, and access management using Microsoft Entra ID.
• Monitor agent performance, user adoption, conversational analytics, and business outcomes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to agent behavior, integrations, workflows, and platform performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable AI-driven solutions.
• Participate in solution design reviews, architecture discussions, testing activities, and production deployments.
• Maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, support procedures, and knowledge articles.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to expand AI-powered automation capabilities.

ExpertiseYou'llBring:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Microsoft technologies, application development, or business automation platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and conversational AI solution development.
• Experience developing and managing AI agents, workflows, topics, actions, and conversational experiences.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience integrating solutions with Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, OpenAPI specifications, Custom Connectors, and enterprise system integrations.
• Experience working with Dataverse and enterprise data management solutions.
• Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, authentication mechanisms, RBAC, DLP policies, and security governance frameworks.
• Experience managing environment strategies, solution deployment, source control, and CI/CD processes.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI principles, compliance standards, and governance practices.
• Familiarity with Azure services and cloud-native application architectures.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across business and technical teams.
• Experience in Healthcare, Financial Services, or other regulated industries is an added advantage.
• Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or AI-related certifications are preferred.
