Persistent Systems Limited is seeking a Senior Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer to design, develop, and implement AI-powered agents that support strategic decision-making. You will work with solution architects and business consultants to aggregate and present data from multiple sources. Location: All Persistent Locations.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of enterprise app development experience with Microsoft technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and Copilot agent development.

• Expertise in Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse.
• Experience integrating data sources via APIs and connectors.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Build conversational experiences and agentic workflows for business users.
• Integrate internal/external data sources including SharePoint, APIs, and enterprise repositories.
• Develop custom connectors for Copilot agents to communicate with enterprise apps.
• Implement AI-driven logic to analyze and contextualize data from multiple sources.
• Design Dataverse data models to support processes and interactions.
• Develop Power Automate workflows to orchestrate processes.
• Configure authentication and security for enterprise-grade solutions.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to validate architecture and requirements.

AboutPosition:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer to design, develop, and implement an Agentic AI solution that supports corporate strategy assessment and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will work closely with solution architects and business consultants to develop AI-powered agents capable of aggregating, analyzing, and presenting information from multiple internal and external data sources.

• Design and develop AI-powered agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Build intelligent conversational experiences and agentic workflows for business users.
• Configure and integrate internal and external data sources including SharePoint, web services, APIs, MCP servers, and enterprise repositories.
• Develop custom connectors to enable seamless communication between Copilot agents and enterprise applications.
• Implement AI-driven logic to analyze, enrich, and contextualize information from multiple data sources.
• Design and configure Dataverse data models to support business processes and agent interactions.
• Develop Power Automate workflows to orchestrate business processes and agent actions.
• Configure authentication, authorization, and security models for enterprise-grade agent solutions.
