Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and deploy Copilot Studio agents and conversational experiences.
• Build AI-powered workflows to improve productivity and engagement.

• Configure MCP server connections, plugins, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows for Copilot actions and approvals.

AboutPosition:

We are seeking a talented Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer to design, build, and implement Generative AI-powered Copilot agents and intelligent automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 integrations, along with a passion for creating innovative AI-driven user experiences. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to develop conversational AI solutions, automate business processes, and deliver enterprise-grade digital transformation initiatives leveraging the Microsoft ecosystem.

• Design, develop, and deploy Microsoft Copilot Studio agents and conversational experiences.
• Build intelligent workflows and AI-powered assistant capabilities to improve business productivity and user engagement.
• Integrate Copilot solutions with Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and other enterprise platforms.
• Configure and manage Model Context Protocol (MCP) server connections, plugins, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows to support Copilot actions, approvals, and automation scenarios.
• Build custom business applications and integrations using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective AI-powered solutions.
• Design and implement integrations with external applications and APIs.
• Participate in architecture discussions, solution design reviews, and technical workshops.
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards are followed across all solutions.
• Test, troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance Copilot implementations for performance and scalability.
• Support production deployments, application maintenance, and ongoing enhancements.
• Create technical documentation, user guides, and implementation artifacts.
• Present AI solutions, capabilities, and technical recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous innovation and adoption of emerging AI and automation technologies.

ExpertiseYou'llBring:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform and enterprise application development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio development.
• Proven expertise in designing and deploying conversational AI agents and intelligent automation solutions.
• Strong experience integrating Copilot solutions with Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and related services.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps development.
• Expertise in Microsoft Power Automate for workflow automation and business process optimization.
• Working knowledge of Power BI and data visualization solutions.
• Experience with API integrations, connectors, and enterprise application integrations.
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP), plugins, and extensibility frameworks.
• Understanding of Generative AI concepts, prompt engineering and conversational AI design principles.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
